1 – Science Wide Open: Children’s Books about Women in Science

This darling Kickstarter project are children’s books “that inspire curiosity with true stories of women scientists and also teach basics of Biology, Chemistry and Physics.”  There are three planned books for the series including: Women in Chemistry, Women in Biology, and Women in Physics. We can’t wait to get our hands on these books!  What a great way to inform younger audiences about the great role that women have played and continue to play in science.

2 – 30 Best Apple Pie Recipes

‘Tis the season to pick apples and find reasons to bake them into pies.  This website features some of the best apple pie recipe ideas to get your mouth watering.

3 – 25 Women to Read Before You Die

Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Joan Didion, Margaret Atwood, and Toni Morrison just to name a few.  Be sure to check out this list of 25 female authors and start adding some of their books to your reading list.

4 – How to be a Better Friend

Looking for tips to improve your relationships?  Try out some of these tips.

5 – Ladies Drawing Night: Make Art, Get Inspired, Join the Party

This book is bound to be the basis of your next creative night with your girlfriends.
